gentleblueGian Saeth, bartender at the Alaloa Bar, offers up his preferred holiday drink called the “Gentle Blue” – his version of a Blue Hawaiian.

This recipe consists of ½ oz. cane syrup, juice from half a fresh lemon, and ½ oz. each of Canton Ginger Cognac, Kapalua Pineapple Infused Vodka, and Blue Curacao.
