1½ Parts vodka (preferably Prairie Organic Vodka)

4 Whole fresh strawberries, hulled

1 Part white balsamic syrup*

Soda water

Muddle strawberries and balsamic syrup in bottom of

a pint glass. Add ice, vodka, and soda water to fill. Stir to blend; garnish with a basil leaf and a fresh strawberry.
