Calling all bartenders, bar chefs, mixologists … step out from behind the bar and into the spotlight and bring a little bit of the tropics to your city by entering the 2010 Taste the Tropics Challenge competition.

The competition will take place in: Aruba, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Orjanstead, Puerto Rico, and San Juan

Sumbit an original recipe for an opportunity to be flown to Miami to compete in the grand finale for the cash prize of $1000.

Hurry! The first dead line for contestants in certain cities are due on August 5, 2010!
