Nose: Lime scents with soft wood tones. Very pleasant.
Flavor: Starts out soft and viscous. A slight vegetal flavor; flinty white pepper and wood accent the slightly strong finish.
Reposado
Notes: This tequila rests for more than 2 months in new small American white oak casks.
Color: Slight straw
Nose: Soft citrus notes with a bit of spice, pepper and vanilla from the wood.
Flavor: Soft on the palate with herbal tones. Finishes nicely without heat.
Anejo
Notes: This tequila rests 1 year in small American white oak barrels.
Color: Soft golden yellow
Nose: Rich lemon, pinewood forest. Wonderful!
Flavor: A viscous wave of spiced agave with a bit of power behind it. It carries through to a long, strong, tongue-tingling finish.
Recipe: Agave Grapefruit
Glassware: Highball
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz CAZADORES BLANCO Tequila
1 oz fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
½ oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
½ oz agave nectar
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a highball glass over-filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a grapefruit zest and 4 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of crushed ice.
Cabo Wabo
Sammy Hagar created this bang-up tequila in 1996 while off-stage in Guadalajara, Jalisco and ultimately brought it back to serve at his nightclub, Cabo Wabo. It’s the genuine article, 100% Weber’s Blue agave, baked in wood-fired adobe ovens and double-pot distilled the old-fashioned way for a rich, soul-warming taste.

Recipe: The Rockin Paloma
2 oz Cabo Wabo Reposado
3 medium cucumber slices
1/2 oz lime juice (fresh)
6 oz grapefruit soda
1/4 oz grenadine
salt for rimming
1 cucumber slice (garnish)
Add Cabo, lime juice, and cucumber to pint glass. Muddle, add ice, and shake vigorously. Add soda to shaker and stir. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass with a salted rim. Drop the grenadine on top and allow it to mix in. Garnish with cucumber slice, serve and enjoy!

Nose: Soft – with tropical spice and fruit tones.
Flavor: Mellow in the mouth with hints of vanilla; smooth and complex all the way through to the finish with light wood and citrus notes.

Nose: Vanilla and caramel, almost a little rum-like.

Recipe: Patrón Pomegranate
1 oz. Patrón Silver tequila
¼ oz. Patrón Citrónge orange liqueur
fresh pomegranate juice
lime squeeze
Pour Patrón Silver and Patrón Citrónge over ice. Fill with pomegranate juice. Finish with a squeeze of lime. Enjoy.
