Silver
Notes: It takes 22 pounds of agave to make each bottle.
Color: Clear
Nose: Soft, rich agave with hints of tangerine/Valencia orange, with a touch of mint.

Reposado
Notes: Aged in small oak barrels 2-11 months.
Color: Light straw
Nose: Oaky nose with a touch of cilantro spice to it.
Flavor: The smooth agave flavor gives way to oak and vanilla overtones with a touch of marzipan. Finish is soft and linear.
Anejo
Notes: Aged over 1 year in small white oak barrels.
Color: Golden straw.
Nose: Medium strength with oak, vanilla, and mint.
Flavor: Smooth and subtle. A spicy, woody flavor with a touch of toffee leading to a long tingly finish. A very well made tequila!

Reposado

Color: Light natural tint of gold
Nose: A bit subdued, subtle wood notes with a good spice. Upon time in the glass, it increased and became more pronounced. A bit more tingly!

.75 oz simple syrup
4 slices cucumber

1800 Tequila Reserva
Named after the year tequila was first known to be aged in wood. The piñas are cooked in large stone ovens.
Region: Jalisco Highlands
Supplier: Proximo spirits
100% Weber’s Blue Agave
Silver
Notes: 1800 Silver is mellowed for 2 weeks in oak barrels with just a hint of reserve tequila added to create smooth, supple tequila.
Color: Clear
Nose: White pepper seems to dominate with a nice aroma of spice cabinet and a hint of lime.
Flavor: A tangy start, high in the palate with a crisp flavor, ending in a dry agave finish. It makes for a great shooter!
Reposado
Notes: Double-distilled, aged in French and American oak for 6 months.
Color: Golden straw, a lot of color for a Reposado
Nose: Full nose with hints of citrus, butterscotch, caramel, and spice with a bit of oak to round it off.
Flavor: Rich and full masculine flavor with a bit of alcohol, surrounded with a light caramel finish.
Anejo
Notes: Double-distilled and aged in mostly French oak for up to 3 years, which causes it to develop its dark amber shade.
Color: Dark golden, the darkest so far
Nose: A wallop of rich tropical notes including a bit of charred coconut and chocolate mint, almost like fine rum.
Flavor: The flavor follows the nose with a big mid-palate kick of caramel, wood, and alcohol. A strong tequila, not lacking in flavor. I felt the finish for over a minute with a nice numbing embrace. Again, these 1800’s are for flavor-driven tequila drinkers; a lot of fun and different from the pack.
Recipe: 1800 Mexican Madras
1 1/2 oz of 1800 Reposado Tequila
2 oz cranberry juice
1 oz orange juice
Dash of lime juice
Shake over ice or blend; garnish with an orange slice.
