The Manhattan (Gaz Regan’s fave recipe)
90 ml (3 oz) bourbon or straight rye whiskey
30 ml (1 oz) Noilly Prat sweet vermouth
5 dashes Angostura bitters
Stir over ice and strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.
