The Corpse Reviver #2


Adapted from Vintage Spirits & Forgotten Cocktails by Ted Haigh

1 ounce gin
1 ounce Lillet (aperitif wine)
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce Cointreau
1 drop absinthe (anise flavored spirit) or pastis

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker; fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
