Ingredients:
(strawberries and rhubarb are some of the first flavors to come into season)
tblspn Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz gin
3 mint leaves
2-3 oz sparkling wine
float of creme de violette
Directions:
Combine jam, gin, juice, and mint in shaker. Fill collins glass with cracked/shaved ice. Add ice to shaker, shake to chill. Strain into collins glass over ice. Top with sparkling wine. Float Violette garnish with strawberry.
