2 oz 100% de Agave tequila (Silver-Blanco)
1 oz fresh squeezed Lime Juice
0.75 oz agave nectar
3 wheels of English Cucumber (about 1/4” thick)
2 sprigs of cilantro
2-3 dashes green Tabasco Sauce
Method: in a shaker tin, muddle the cucumber and cilantro with agave nectar, Tabasco and lime juice. Then add the tequila and 2 cups of ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass or serve over ice
Garnish: cucumber wheel on the rim
