Yuzu Margarita Variation

Yuzo Margarita - Dale DeGroffDale DeGroff – Author of The Essential Cocktail and The Craft of the Cocktail

2 ounces Don Julio Blanco (tequila or another premium blanco)
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce Yuzu juice (depends on strength)
3/4 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce mixed agave honey syrup
Shiso Leaf (optional, omit if difficult to find)


Thin lime wheel garnish


Shake all the ingredients, except the lime wheel, well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lime wheel.
