– 2 fl oz Heated Cider
– 0.25 fl oz Honey
– 0.25 fl oz Lemon Juice
– 1 sprinkle Cinnamon

Serve warm in a coffee mug. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and garnish with cinnamon stick.

½ oz simple syrup
½ oz Cointreau
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Top with Korbel
Combine Jack Daniel’s, simple syrup, Cointreau and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a flute. Top with Korbel and garnish with a lemon twist.
Red Stag by Jim Beam

Red Stag Cranberry Cobbler
2 parts Red Stag by Jim Beam
1 barspoon Ocean Spray Whole cranberry sauce
1/2 part Cranberry Juice
1 part Fresh Lime Sour (equal parts Lime juice and simple syrup)
Top with Soda water
Garnish with Lime wheel
Combine all ingredients except soda water in boston shaker and add ice. Shake well and strain into fresh ice in serving glass (tall 14oz) top with soda water – garnish and serve.

1 1/2 oz TANQUERAY LONDON DRY GIN
1 oz Lemon Juice
1-2 tsp Superfine Sugar
1 slice Orange
1 Maraschino cherry
In a shaker half filled with ice, add Tanqueray London Dry Gin, superfine sugar, and lemon juice. Shake well and pour into glass. Top with champagne and stir well. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
Made from a 1761 recipe. The recipe dictates the selection, quantity and blending of ten botanicals. The botanicals are not a secret, but their exact combination is.

Clear Coffee Mug
1 1/2 oz BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Gin
1/2 oz DISARONNO Amaretto Liqueur
1 oz Unfiltered Apple Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Cinnamon Stick and a Star Anise Pod
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a shaker tin and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice.
A boutique gin crafted in Ayrshire, Scotland in two old fashioned copper pot stills, the Carter Head and Bennett still. 1 1/2 oz Hendrick’s
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
4 fresh blackberries
6 mint leaves
2 oz champagne
Add other ingredients (except Champagne)
Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice
Finish with Chamapagne
Stir before serving
Garnish with a long cucumber spear
Seven Tiki Spiced Rum
Enjoy the worlds finest, most exclusive spiced rum derived from high quality sugar cane, sun baked Indonesian nutmeg, Madagascar vanilla beans, other mellow spices and natural FIJI water.
1 1/2 oz SEVEN TIKI Spiced Rum
1/2 oz Ginger Syrup (Monin)
1 1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz Pomegranate Juice (POM)
Combine all ingredients (except pom juice) into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a shaker tin and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice. Slowly pour 1/2 oz of pom juice and let settle to the bottom of the drink.
Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
Smooth and medium bodied, Captain Morgan ® Original Spiced Rum is a secret blend of Caribbean rums and mellow spice and other natural flavors. It gets its distinct richness and amber color from aging the rum in charred white oak barrels. – 1.25 fl oz CAPTAIN MORGAN ORIGINAL SPICED RUM
– 0.25 fl oz Grand Marnier
– 1.5 fl oz Sweet & Sour Mix
– 0.25 fl oz Simple Syrup
In an ice filled bar glass combine all the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a well chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon sugar rim and a lemon wedge.
Tony Abou-Ganim’s signature Cable car recipe
½ ounce Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
¾ ounce Marie Brizard orange Curacao
1 ½ ounce fresh lemon sour *
Directions: In an ice filled mixing glass add Captain Morgan, orange curacao and fresh sour; shake until well blended. Strain into a chilled sugar-cinnamon frosted cocktail glass and garnish with an orange spiral. *Mix 2 parts fresh squeezed lemon juice with one part simple syrup will easily make fresh lemon sour.
2 oz Pyrat XO Reserve rum
2 oz Soda water
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Splash of Pineapple Juice (optional)
Splash of Grapefruit Juice (optional)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Method: Combine rum, limejuice, and bitters in a shaker of ice. Shake gently.
Pour into margarita glass. Garnish with nutmeg and fresh cherries.
Optional juices are pineapple and grapefruit.
Patrón XO Cafe
Patrón XO Cafe is a high-quality ultra-premium liqueur made with coffee and Patrón Silver tequila. Because the taste of Patrón XO Cafe is dry, not sweet like most other coffee liqueurs, it mixes perfectly in holiday cocktails, and is delicious on its own over ice.
1 oz Patrón XO Café
1 ½ oz Patrón Anejo
¾ oz Hazelnut Liqueur
1 oz Whipping crème flavored with green crème de menthe
Mix in an ice filled glass. Top with cream. Garnish with mint sprig and nutmeg.
Pineapple & Cinnamon Margarita
2 oz Milagro Select Barrel Reposado
¾ oz cinnamon infused agave nectar
1 oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz fresh pineapple juice
Combine ingredients and shake well. Serve in a rocks glass prepared with a half rim of cinnamon sugar
Garnish with a lime wheel.

In a rock glass, muddle lime and lemon wedges. In a shaker filled with ice, add remaining ingredients. Shake to mix and transfer to rocks glass.

White Wolf Cocktail
1 1/2 oz ERISTOFF ORIGINAL Vodka
1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
1 oz Coconut Milk
1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz Agave Nectar
Cinnamon Stick and Freshly Grated Nutmeg
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Cap with a shaker tin and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and freshly grated nutmeg.
Van Gogh Dutch Caramel
Captures this sinfully delicious flavor in a natural caramel color. Through a double infusion process, delicious caramel flavors are paired with a premium grain alcohol. 2 oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
1 oz Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka
2-1/2 oz Apple cider
1 dash lemon juice
Gingersnap cookie and dash of agave syrup for rim
Method: Rim martini glass with agave syrup and crumbled gingersnap cookie and set aside. Add liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with apple slice.
Stolichnaya is the benchmark when it comes to Russian style vodka. Strong in character, smooth in finish, Stoli is the perfect base for cocktails all year round. New for 2010 are Stoli Gala Applik and Stoli White Pomegranik.
1 1/2 oz Stolichnaya
3/4 oz pomegranate & cranberry simple syrup
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
4 basil leaves
Add all other ingredients and shake well
Double strain into a stemmed cocktail glass
Garnish with fresh berries and a citrus twist
– 2 fl oz BAILEYS ORIGINAL IRISH CREAM
– 4 fl oz Espresso
– 1 tbsp Sugar
– 1 twist Lemon Zest
Method: Dissolve the sugar in the espresso. Pour into a small plastic container and freeze until solid. Once frozen, scrape the frozen espresso mixture with a fork or knife to make ice crystals. Spoon the crystals into a glass and add Baileys Irish Cream. Top with a lemon zest twist.
Chambord is an infusion of the world’s finest raspberries, blackberries and the exotic flavors of black raspberries, black currant, Madagascar vanilla and cognac. According to legend, Chambord was inspired by a luxurious raspberry liqueur produced for King Louis XIV during his visit to Chateau Chambord in the 17th century. Today, Chambord continues to inspire cocktail and culinary creations around the world.
Chambord White Chocolate Cocoa
3/4 oz Chambord
3/4 oz crème de cacao
6 oz steamed milk
1 1/2 oz white chocolate sauce
Fill glass coffee cup with boiling water to pre-heat, then pour out water. Mix white chocolate sauce and steamed milk in coffee cup. Add Chambord and crème de cacao and stir. Garnish with marshmallows.
Note: Additional garnishes can include whipped cream with a raspberry and chocolate shavings.
Frangelico is the original hazelnut liqueur, made in the Piedmont region of Italy. Most loved in coffee cocktails and dessert drinks but this Holiday the news is that Frangelico also makes a flavorsome, refreshing aperitivo!
Frangelico Holiday Fizz
1 ½ oz Frangelico
1 oz apple juice
¼ oz fresh lime juice
2 oz Prosecco
Method: In a shaker tin, combine ingredients in the order above. Add ice and stir. Strain into a flute or small wine glass. Finish with freshly grated hazelnuts.
