2 oz Gin
3 Drops Orange Flower Water
1 Small Egg White
1 Heaping Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
½ oz Freshly-squeezed Lemon Juice
½ oz Freshly-squeezed Lime Juice
1 oz Cream
½ teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Chilled Soda Water
Shake very vigorously with ice for at least one
minute or until your arm gets tired. Strain into
a tall, thin glass (Fizz Glass) and top with chilled soda water. Stir.
