"The Chocolate Easter Bunny" Cocktail with Godiva Chocolate Liquor

 

Chocolate Easter Bunny

1 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liquor
1 oz. Kahlua Mocha
2 oz. Half and Half
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a martini glass with a chocolate swirl in the glass. Top up with chocolate shavings.

Pura Vida with Tuaca by Evan Hawkins - National Champion of the 2011 United States Bartenders Guild Drinks & Ink Competition

 

 

Evan Hawkins of Atlanta was crowned the National Champion of the 2011 United States Bartenders Guild Drinks & Ink Competition presented by Tuaca winning a Tuaca photo spread in Inked Magazine. This not-so-usual take on a bartender competition combined the intersecting cultures of bartenders and tattoos with bartenders being judged on their Tuaca bold shot recipe and the overall craftsmanship of their tattoo.

Pura Vida
1.5 oz of Tuaca
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.25 oz of agave nectar
3 dashes of orange flower water
egg white
.5 oz of cream (half/half)
Shake and strain top with homemade lemon vanilla soda vanilla bean straw to drink out of and a sugar skull candy garnish
