Elit Luxury Martini
This premium martini is made with Stoli Elit Vodka and a hint of citrus and black peppercorn-infused vermouth. Top this offering with a luxurious dusting of 24K gold flakes for a little bling-bling holiday imbibing.
3 oz Stoli Elit Vodka
½ oz citrus and black peppercorn-infused vermouth (recipe below)
Garnish with 24K gold flakes.
Measure vodka and infused vermouth into a pint mixing glass. Fill with ice, then cap and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish by shaking the gold flakes on top of the drink.
Citrus & Black Peppercorn-Infused Vermouth
Makes about 13 oz.
1 ½ cups (12 oz) Dolin Blanc Vermouth
1 oz Stoli Elit Vodka
¼ tsp (about 24) whole black peppercorns
4 strips lemon peel (done with a channel knife zester)
4 strips orange peel (done with a channel knife zester)
Place funnel in the top of a small decorative bottle. Carefully measure in the vermouth and the vodka. Add in the peppercorns and citrus strips. Cap and shake lightly. Let sit for at least 48 hours before using. Keep refrigerated when not in use.
Note: The added spirit to the vermouth helps stabilize the vermouth so it lasts longer.
