“A boulevardier is a hearty drink that is perfect for this season. I added in vanilla spice for an additional layer of comfort, which also acts as the perfect counterbalance to the bitter flavor notes of the Campari Aperitif.”

Glass Size: 6 oz.

1 ½ oz. premium bourbon
1 oz. Campari® Aperitif
½ oz. sweet vermouth
½ oz. Monin Vanilla Spice Syrup

Stir with ice, strain, and garnish with an orange twist.

“This drink is the perfect homage to the Halloween season and delivers more than your typical vampires, skeletons, or ghosts. The Caribbean rum mixed with the pop of purple color from the desert pear and fruity flavor from the passion fruit combines to create this enchanting voodoo inspired concoction.”

Glass Size: 6 oz.

1 ½ oz. Caribbean aged rum
½ oz. Monin Desert Pear Syrup
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. pasteurized egg white
3 mL Monin Passion Fruit Concentrated Flavor
top with ginger beer

Shake with ice, strain, top with ginger beer, and garnish with a speared cherry.

2 oz. premium bourbon
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. Monin Golden Turmeric Syrup
½ oz. Monin Cinnamon Syrup
½ oz. pasteurized egg white

Shake with ice, strain, and garnish with fall foliage.

“Margaritas are perfect year-round! This one adds seasonal cherries paired with the popular Mezcal for that slightly earthy and smoky layer of flavor. Mezcal has been on the rise for the past 2 years, and it is transitioning from the featured main spirit to more of a modifying agent in cocktails. Be careful about the measurements; a little mezcal goes a long way!”

Glass Size: 16 oz.

1 ½ oz. premium reposado tequila
½ oz. mezcal
½ oz. Monin Black Cherry Purée
3 oz. fresh agave margarita mix

Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice, and garnish with a cherry and rosemary sprig.
